Holistic Health Evaluation
This evaluation starts with a one hour in-office or Skype conversation, based on a questionnaire you will have filled out. Through directed questions, pulse and tongue analysis, the nature of your constitution and imbalance will be revealed. After thorough research I will then create your personal program, including lifestyle, diet, herbology, meditation, yoga and rejuvenation therapies to guide you towards balance in your life. We will then have a twenty minute phone conversation in which I present my plan to you. You will receive a document outline of this plan via email
Regular follow-up visits will ensure your success in making changes, and will introduce different practices and herbal therapies, depending on what is needed

Individual Cleansing Programs
Based on your specific needs and following the panchakarma protocol, a cleanse can be custom designed for you, and will be supported and guided by Marin Ayurveda via email and telephone.
