For anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of yoga as a therapeutic tool, either for self-care or to help others. Yoga students or teachers, physical therapists, MFT counselors and Personal or Athletic Trainers.
A program beginning and ending with an intensive, on-site retreat. The curriculum covers classical asana first, and then focuses on applying and modifying the asanas using six methodologies: Viniyoga, Ananda, Innerbody, Yin, and Ayurveda with Simone de Winter. Students will explore each of these methodologies alongside mentor teachers in each specialty.
The Ayurveda modules, can be taken individually.
