Marma Abhyanga • Warm Oil Massage
Warm Herbal Oil Massage: This flowing massage with warm herbal oil stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, strengthens the immune system, nourishes muscles and joints, decongests and detoxifies, and soothes and rejuvenates the nervous system. Special emphasis is on marma points, vital energy points that transmit electro-magnetic energy through all organ systems and subtle bodies.

Four-Hand Abhyanga • Integration Massage
Integration Massage: By two therapists, synchronizing their movements, this massage is like a dance, balancing the male and female energies, the right and the left brain hemispheres.

Shiro-abhyanga • Traditional Head Massage
This head massage starts traditionally seated for a vigorous massage with warm herbal oil that will leave you feeling like your head is weight- and thoughtless. Then it moves into a lying down marma point facial and cranial massage with a soft and gentle touch. Deeply relaxing.

Ubvartan • Invigorating Herbal Body Treatment
Especially detoxifying for the lymphatic system this treatment starts with an invigorating warm oil application, followed by a gentle herbal exfoliation and heat therapy to stimulate sweating and cleansing. The treatment is completed with a light massage using a fresh blend of aloe vera gel and essential oils.

Shirodhara • Third Eye Balance
This treatment starts with a foot-neck-face-head massage, followed by a constant flow of warm oil pouring over the forehead and the third-eye for 20 to 45 minutes. Shirodhara stimulates intuitive wisdom and calms the nervous system. It improves circulation in the brain and in this way benefits the whole body/mind. Especially recommended for fatigue, chronic tension, and insomnia. Recommended in a series.

Netra Basti • Eye Nourishment
A wonderful treatment to soothe red, irritated, dry eyes. After a short face massage a dough dam is placed around the eyes and warm ghee poured in to bathe and nourish the eyes and the optic nerve. Benefits may include shiny eyes, clear vision, and  reduction of circles around the eyes.

Kati Basti • Spinal Rejuvenation
A warm oil bath for the spinal column. Warm herbal oil will be poured within a dough dam that is created around a problem area of the spine. Followed by a local steam application this treatment is healing and nourishing for spinal problems, such as stenosis, arthritis, and herniated discs . Recommended in a series to reach the desired effect.

Nasya • Sinus Nourishment
After a facial steam and face massage, stimulating marma points, a few drops of herbal oil will be applied to each nostril and massaged into the sinuses. This treatment nourishes the mucus membranes in the nasal passages, making them more resilient to allergants and irritants.
