and tongue reading, we find out about your energetic body type and current level of imbalance. Based on that information we create a personal program, including lifestyle, diet, herbs, meditation, yoga and rejuvenation therapies to guide you towards balance in your life.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle package
For those of you who are really looking to integrate Ayurveda into your lifestyle. During consecutive sessions different lifestyle practices will be introduced. You will be receiving lots of personal guidance, recipes, a mini cooking class at your home*, exercise, yoga and pranayama to balance your doshas, recommendations on which therapies will support you in remaining in balance, herbal support and seasonal routines. This package is geared to give you real momentum and support in making lasting changes towards more health and balance in your life.
